For some reason Expedia didn't connect and my booking wasn't reserved. 45 minutes and I had a refund with them but the hotel staff was helpful & professional. It's winter and I wish the pool was warmer but I got over it. Enjoyed my night out of town at an off-season rate. Not tested but it looks like you could bring a fire stick or a game console for the TV.
You couldn’t ask for better customer service! From the manager, Gavin, to the third shift receptionist, we had nothing but positive interactions with the staff here. If you’re looking for a fun way to celebrate a birthday, reunion, holiday, etc., I highly recommend this hotel.

Super awesome stay! The hotel was very quiet and clean. Rooms were stocked with towels and other amenities. The pool was very clean and an enjoyable experience! The staff was super friendly and helpful. And OMG the breakfast was amazing! This hotel is the definition of the best bang for your buck!

We absolutely LOVE it here! We travel to the Galion Ohio area from Tennessee every year for Christmas and the last 4 years we have stayed here. It's always incredibly clean, smells amazing and the staff is always amazing and so egar and willing to help with anything you need. I can't recommend this hotel more!!
I have stayed here numerous times...most recently I stayed a week. The rooms are clean...breakfast is scrumptious and the staff is friendly & helpful. I love that they even have a washer/dryer for guest's use. Great place to stay.
